NSW: Ex-Froggy boss faces trial, pleads not guilty to fraud
SYDNEY, Feb 23 AAP - Businessman and entrepreneur Karl Suleman today faced trial in
a Sydney court over allegations he provided false statements to obtain finance for a luxury
car and boat.
The 43-year-old former director of the Froggy Group of companies, which include Karl
Suleman Enterprises, pleaded not guilty in the NSW District Court to four counts of fraud.
The charges relate to false statements Suleman allegedly made to obtain finance for
a Ferrari and a $3.3 million yacht.
